She has gotten big so fast! We had her Birthday at a park on Saint Simons Island. Beautiful place! She loves Sesame Street, so we went with a Zoe theme. Zoe was once her fave, but I swear she has gone from one fave to the next. First it was Ernie, then Zoe, then Abby.... right now she loves Telly:)
Grandma and Grandpa were here to celebrate with us. We also invited our friends Sara and Gregg and their two daughters. Taylor and Kate get along great and are so cute together. Her first little girlfriend. So Kate only had one little friend at the party, which was fine since things can get overwhelming for toddlers rather quickly. They had a great time playing on the play ground and doing all the birthday stuff together:)
For craft time, we made some fun Zoe ribbon wands to go with the Zoe birthday crowns.
The girls got a little happy with their wands and Zoe lost all her limbs before we even got to pinata time, ha ha:)

The cool thing about only one birthday guest is that they both got lots of turns at hitting the pinata:)

We opened some and took the rest home to open later because once she opened a few of them she just wanted to go play. So rather than make her cry on HER birthday, I decided to go with the flow and wait till later that night to open the rest.

What a great spot for an outdoor birthday! Many others had the same idea that day too as we were not the only birthday there. There is a fenced in play ground. The picnic tables have two HUGE trees with long branches that canopy the whole area, so they are great for hanging balloons and pinatas on:) Such a beautiful place! Wish we could share it with you all:)
