Camping @ Hidden Lake, Day 2

July 4, 2008. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!! We hiked along the Kenai River. It started out in the bushes and grass, with tons of pesty mosquitos, but then it got way better as you can see. BEAUTIFUL AK! Notice Kate asleep face down in her carrier. She finally figured out how to put her head down, instead of sleeping with it bobbing up and down:)
On the way with Aaron & Melissa.
So CUTE!!! Grandma Warmath is feeding the Sweeters.
Hubs and Aaron set up their hammocks. Hammocks are SWEET!
Sweeters in our tent. This was our first time using it. We sprung for a six person tent, since we plan to fill it with lots more babies:) Kate did great out there. Camping is sure different with a baby (obviously). You really gotta be on your toes. You can't just kick it by the fire all the time. That's ok though:) There's always nap time:)

My other favorite thing about camping? Playing cards or games! This is us playing spades with Aaron and Melissa... Girls against guys... Hubs and Aaron beat us, but we didn't go down with out a fight and made it close in the end... I want to play again!:)
