Snow Day!

This is our house, the one on the right. It was a beautiful snow fall a week or so ago. We had to get out and play in it.
This is my cousin Verla, we've been close friends since we were young girls. She was over hanging out and had a good time out in the flurries with us. She wasn't ready for this picture, but it turned out so cute!
Kate figured out how fun it is to eat snow pretty quickly.
Pulling her in the sled. She would much rather be out walking the snowy street by her independent self. I let her walk around some, but being a 16 month old, she is slow and also easily distracted. So I eventually put her in the sled (under more and more protest lately) so that we can actually get somewhere on our walk.
