This was a cook out in April at Mom's and Dad's on their "disco" grill. Dad LOVES it. It is a disk from a tractor thing, with horseshoes welded on for handles, and can be put directly over a fire or hooked up to a torch burner.... Good times:) Thats how they do it in Mexico:)
